Colne Village Hall offers a variety of well-equipped spaces suitable for a wide range of leisure, sport, and community activities. Whether you’re planning a class, hosting an event, or running a regular group, our flexible facilities can be tailored to your needs.

Book Large Hall and Small Hall

Large Hall and Small Hall

Capacity: 150 people
Pricing: £26.00-£37.48 per hour

Hall Bookings
Both halls can be booked either together or separately.
Large Hall benefits from Air Conditioning.
Suitable For
Adult Social Gatherings, Regular Weekly Activities, Commercial Hire, Children's Parties.
Accessibility
• Designated disabled parking spaces are available in the car park.
• Hall users with mobility needs can access the building via the sloped entrances at the front door or rear entrance. A wheelchair is available for hall users and is located in the disabled toilet.

Equipment & services

Well equipped kitchen included in the hall hire, tableware available to cater for 100 guests.
A projector and sound system is available for hall users, to be set up by a competent committee member on commencement of hall hire.
The grassed area, approximately 40mts x 13mts, is available for extra parking, or for marquees and bouncers etc. The grassed area is a secure children's play area, if the side gate remains closed.
Licensed Bar for Adult Parties A licensed bar is available for adult party bookings, subject to hall hire arrangements. • Availability: The bar may be requested when booking the large hall, or both the large and small halls together. • Cost: This service is provided at no extra charge. • Pricing: Drinks prices are kept competitive, as the Trustees volunteer their time to operate the bar. • Booking through online booking form
12mt x 3mt Marquee hire for hall users, for erection on the grassed area at the rear of the hall by competent committee members.
A small stage is available, to be erected by a competent member of the committee

Large Hall

Capacity: 120 people
Pricing: £15.00-£25.00 per hour

Main Hall
Capacity: The Main Hall can accommodate up to 120 people standing or 80 people seated.
Suitable For
Regular Weekly Activities, Smaller Social Gatherings.
Included with hire:
• Kitchen and its facilities
• Air conditioning
• Free Wi-Fi
• Hearing loop
• Sound system
• Projector
• A selection of tables and chairs

Bar Service is available at no extra charge for Social Functions.
A small stage is also available to hire for a nominal fee and will be erected by the committee

Capacity: The Small Hall can accommodate up to 30 people standing or 20 people seated.
